  • X-Pole Pro poles adjust between ceiling heights of 7’ 6” to 9’ 1″ (If your ceiling is exactly 9’1″ you would need an extra 200mm extension)

Step 1: Decide where in your home you would like your pole. When choosing a space you’ll need a ceiling joist/beam to support the tension based design & a circumference of at least 6’ around your pole for your safety.

Step 2: Measure your floor to ceiling height in feet + inches {be as exact as possible & make sure you use a stud finder to find your joist/beam}
